Stand Up Paddleboarding

Standup paddleboarding is the newest paddling craze sweeping the country.  Paddlers use long, single-bladed paddles (kind of like a six-foot long canoe paddle) and stand up on a 10-foot long surfboad and paddle it.  It is a great all-body workout and gives the paddler a completely different perspective of the waterway.  After
one try, you will be hooked.
